He didn't just go the extra mile; he went 100 extra miles! He found a handyman to do the work who did a great job but he also supervised the entire project because I'm ignorant of such things he picked the colors chose the carpet he actually went to Home Depot and Lowe's with me several times to select the best and most affordable materials and he hauled stuff to my condo with his SUV several times he was in communication with me the entire time everyone said my condo looked fantastic and it's so very and it's sold very fast and for the highest price anyone has gotten in my entire complex since the recession and I never even knew John before friend recommended him I don't think anyone else could or would have done what John did for me thanks from the bottom of my heart.

John Stivey was a pleasure to work with and his expertise in real estate sales allowed for a great experience. He helped me sell my Co-op in Clearwater FL quickly and easily. I live in New Jersey and John was able to handle the sale without me having to be in Florida. He scheduled open houses and stayed in communication with me throughout the process by phone and e-mail. He even helped coordinate repairs that were needed by meeting with contractors to ensure the work was done properly. My property sold for the amount I wanted, and the process was hassle free. I met John when I casually ran into him while he was working with other clients to purchase my neighbor’s townhouse.
